Welcome

As I’m such a globetrotter now I thought a website would be a good idea in order for people to know my whereabouts, what I am up to and to see where I am giving yoga classes, workshops and retreats, as well as Shiatsu treatments.

2007 and 2008 have been years of change. I have a wife, my lovely Andrea, a baby girl, and have been travelling and teaching yoga in India, Italy, UK and Thailand.

Since our baby Lucy Metta Smith was born in October, we have had a bit of a break regarding yoga retreats and workshops. I am now getting back into gear again. I have had loads of requests to let people know when I am doing yoga retreats and workshops, so I can now update this site regularly with news re where I will be teaching. I will be doing a yoga retreat in Thailand in June. Some time after that will be we will be traipsing our way over India — Delhi and Dehradun first, then off to Pune where I will try my luck at the Iyengar Yoga institute, followed by Goa and then off to my second home Mysore.
