Welcome to my webpage where you can find details of my yoga classes, retreats & workshops, as well as Shiatsu treatments.

2007 and 2008 have been years of change. I have a wife, my lovely Andrea, a baby girl, and have been travelling and teaching yoga retreats and workshops in India, Italy, UK, Cambodia and Thailand. I am currently based between Bangkok and Goa, where I am giving yoga classes.

In June 2008 we did a yoga retreat at Jungle Yoga in Thailand which was brilliant! So good that we are doing another one in December, with many of my students from the June retreat already signed up. This could be one of the last places on earth that is truly unspoilt and idyllic. Check out the News & Photos page to see pics and testimonials from that June retreat.

In November I will do another retreat at the amazing Ulpotha in Sri Lanka. This is another wonderful place, it was voted the best yoga retreat in the world by the Guardian newspaper.
